On the motor side we install and troubleshoot starters, motor control centres and variable frequency drives, including the harmonic and shielding considerations that determine whether a drive installation runs cleanly or generates nuisance faults for years.

We build and wire control panels, integrate PLCs and remote I/O, and land field devices to a drawing set that matches what is actually installed — which is not always the case with equipment inherited from a previous integrator.

You get updated as-builts and panel schedules at handover, so the next person to open the cabinet is not reverse-engineering it.

Machine relocations, line expansions and equipment tie-ins get scheduled into your planned downtime. We pre-fabricate what can be built off-line so the work performed during the shutdown window is only what genuinely has to happen there.

For ongoing reliability we run thermographic surveys of distribution equipment and motor connections, which finds developing faults while they are still a scheduled repair rather than an unplanned stop.
