A tenant improvement lives or dies on the certificate of occupancy date. We build the electrical schedule backwards from it — permit, rough-in, inspection, trim, final — and tell you early when another trade is going to put that date at risk rather than on the day it slips.

That includes the parts of the job that are easy to leave until too late: the utility coordination, the fire alarm interface, the emergency and exit lighting, and the inspections that gate occupancy.

Buildings change use. An office becomes a medical suite, a retail bay becomes a restaurant, a warehouse takes on production equipment. The existing service is rarely sized for it.

We perform the load study, coordinate with Ameren on the service change, and stage the work so the occupied portions of the building keep running. Where a full shutdown is unavoidable, we schedule it overnight or on a weekend.

Most commercial electrical emergencies announce themselves months in advance as a warm connection or a nuisance trip. Thermal imaging of panels and switchgear on a scheduled interval finds them while they are still cheap.

We offer scheduled maintenance agreements covering panel inspection, thermal scanning, emergency and exit light testing, and documented corrections — the same documentation your insurer and your fire marshal will ask for.
